01 · The challenge

Three content needs. One visual language.

A hotel needs more than isolated beautiful images. Its marketing team needs a versatile library that tells one consistent story across guestrooms, events, dining, and guest experience.

Hang Doi built three connected visual systems around space, food and beverage, and people-led lifestyle. In this case study, the space system is separated into guestrooms and events so clients can browse easily and marketing teams can select assets efficiently.

02 · Hang Doi’s role

One team from production planning to final image library.

Hang Doi led the agreed process with the hotel, keeping a consistent standard across productions with different visual objectives.

  1. 01

    Define the objective

Clarify the audience, intended channels, and priority guest experiences.

  2. 02

    Plan each module

Organize the work across architecture, food and beverage, and people-led lifestyle.

  3. 03

    Produce and photograph

Coordinate scenes and maintain a consistent standard for light, color, and mood.

  4. 04

    Post-produce and deliver

Build a coherent library that is easy to select and adapt for specific content needs.

03 · Architecture & event spaces

Let guests understand the space before arrival.

From guestrooms to conference rooms, wide compositions establish scale, function, and layout. Closer frames add material, light, and amenity details, explaining both the stay and the hotel’s event capability.

Guestrooms · Corner suite · Balcony · Conference · Boardroom

04 · Food and beverage photography · 2025

Make every dining offer worth a closer look.

Each frame balances color, texture, and service context. Close images create appetite, while tables and human gestures expand the story from individual dishes to a complete dining experience.

Signature dishes · Drinks · Table setting · Service moments

05 · Lifestyle photography · 2024

Put people at the centre of the stay.

People help future guests picture a real stay: quiet time, amenities to enjoy and moments together. Natural pacing keeps the images hospitable rather than feeling like a staged advertisement.

Quiet moments · Rooftop pool · Guestrooms · Time together

What does this case study demonstrate?
